Each class focuses on specific energy pathway (meridian) in the body. You’ll learn 2-3 acupressure points in every session to enhance both physical health and emotional balance. Expect a blend of breathwork, strength-building and restorative poses to relieve tension, clear your mind and recharge your energy.

Strengthening and Conditioning

Crunches and crazy repetitions to build strength and engage muscles - the it hurts in a good way kind of class! Then...


Restorative Yoga, 7 - 8 PM

Relax & Let that sh*t go!

Sink into restorative poses. Reset. Release. It's a slow and deep practice all in the name of deep yin relaxation.
