So I'm giving myself a bit of grace and space to feel into my mind this season.
Instead of trying to predict what's going to happen or
Instead of doing what I've been doing or always done
AND instead of assigning myself to a word for the year...
I'm channelling my energy to being physically and emotionally ready for all that comes my way.
Therefore I'm finding that this power to be inherently ready for the new
derives from being able to be fully here in the NOW.
So I find I'm getting more curious about NOW.
This isn't an investigation so I can judge myself or make a list of all the things that need "fixing" - this about learning how to accept the flow of tuning into myself.
Here's some questions that might be beneficial for upleveling your flow state:
#1 - What do you love about your life at the moment?
#2 - What do you enjoy doing the most? How often are you doing this right now?
#3 - What aspect of your life do you wish was different or you've been waiting/wanting to change it but you haven't yet?
#4 - What's the reasons and excuses that prevents you from following through or making the change?
#5 - What is the fear beneath these reasons and excuses? (this one might be hard to admit but it's the key to setting you free!)
#6 - How can you calm those fears (not totally get rid of them) so that you can take a different action and create a new habit that feeds the positive momentum (away from the fear) in a nourishing way?
Remember, there is no change without challenge.
And if you want to uplevel your flow state - some habits have got to change.
