Yin Yoga Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 PM - 8:15 PM45 min A "therapeutic yoga" and "slow stretch" class to enhance fascia, flexibility and regulate stress. Long supported stretches for full body and mind rejuvenation. 45 minutes. Welcome all levels.
Lagom Morning Yoga Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM30 min Let's wake up the body with breath, stretching and strengthening. The "just enough" balance of yang and yin. Reconditioning our bodies and our minds that balance and moderation leads to long-term, life-enhancing results. All levels welcome. 30 minutes.
