With a steady online yoga practice - we can

    no matter where you are or when you travel!


A huge benefit I found from practicing yoga online is that my home has become more relaxing. It's not only that the environment feels more relaxing to me but also I found it easier and easier to relax at home. It can be really nice to buy some incense or a scented candle or the Emotion Potion ~ Relaxation Mist in order to shift your vibe out of distraction and into deeper connection with yourself.

According to the Yoga Sutras (2:46-48), yoga postures should be motionless, stable, and relaxed with a sense of ease. The mind should be focused on the infinite.


In this way, each posture in yoga is the balancing of the "Yang and Yin", the opposite of conditions harmonise to balance the whole.


In traditional Yoga, these "opposite conditions" are spoken of as Sun and Moon, inhale and exhale, right and left, masculine and feminine.


Yang encompasses the back body, brain and senses.
Yin encompasses the soft vulnerable front body and abdomen.


With "balancing yin and yang" and honouring natural rhythms, the online studio will be called "Yang Yin Yoga" and the class are as follows;



Yang Yoga

Tuesday and Thursday

6:30 PM - 7:15 PM. 45 min

Dynamic strength & conditioning postures to enhance strength, stamina and stress response. Emphasis on alignment and breath. 45 minutes. Welcome beginners & all levels.


Yin Yoga

Tuesday and Thursday

7:30 PM - 8:15 PM45 min

A "therapeutic yoga" and "slow stretch" class to enhance fascia, flexibility and regulate stress. Long supported stretches for full body and mind rejuvenation. 45 minutes. Welcome all levels.


Lagom Morning Yoga

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

8:00 AM - 8:30 AM30 min

Let's wake up the body with breath, stretching and strengthening. The "just enough" balance of yang and yin. Reconditioning our bodies and our minds that balance and moderation leads to long-term, life-enhancing results. All levels welcome. 30 minutes.



There are 4 monthly classes pass options - and drop-in prices.


My favorite is the golden ticket: ALL CLASS PASS - access to all classes (doubles tues & thurs and all morning classes) because this means I get to track with you closely on your wellness journey!
