Subject: Sciatica 😳 —what finally worked for me❣️

Hi Friend,

I used to get hit with sciatica a few times a year—and because I prefer not to go straight for painkillers, so I would midwife the pain out of me.

On at least four occasions, I stayed up all night rocking back and forth from Child’s Pose to Downward Dog to Lizard Pose—ALL. NIGHT. LONG. I read Louise Hay’s emotional root meanings, recited affirmations, and journaled my way through the pain and discomfort.

And you know what? It helped.

Once I found the emotional root, took Ashwagandha to calm my nervous system, and let my body reset, the pain would ease. Maybe a little niggle would linger, but it was at bay again.

BUT—there were two occasions where the pain was so intense that I took the painkillers just so my body could remember what relaxation felt like. If I could soothe my mind to meet that state, I could return to homeostasis. Sweet relief.

But then, last September, I was at the Meridian Yoga Therapy Level 2 training in Woodstock—and my body was leg, hip and lower back started screaming for help.

I brought my sciatic pain and restless leg syndrome to the class, and it became crystal clear:
👉 My Bladder Meridian was storing fear and shock in my body.

Since then, I’ve been consistently working with six key acupressure points, and now?

Zero sciatica.
Zero restless legs.
My lower back is looser.
My hips are more open.
My entire body feels more at ease.

That feeling of ease? I do not take it for granted.
And that’s one of the reasons I created the Somatic Chill Pill.

💡 For me, sciatic pain isn’t random. It shows up when I’m worried about money, resisting self-worth upgrades, or stuck in a situation where I need to step up. And because my body knows this pain path, long-haul flights, long drives, or even just sitting too long used to trigger it.

But now? I have the protocol.

👉 Acupressure points. (There are 6 Bladder Meridian points in the Somatic Chill Pill)

Break all the rules—and relax.
