WHO you want to become.
There's two parts to "practice"
there's FEELING and
there's ACTION.
Feeling begins as imagining the feeling of
freedom from the health issue,
the feeling of cruising int the car,
the feeling of relaxing/entertaining in the your home,
the feeling of strength and agility in your body.
The key is to feel the experience
of living the desire actualised in your life.
SPEND MORE TIME HERE.
PRACTICE.
Action is changing the small steps:
removing alcohol or going to bed 1 hour earlier to read or drinking Apple Cider Vinegar before your morning coffee;
get a car insurance quote and test drive a new car each week,
switch from spending to saving or commit to a new savings regime,
taking up a weekly dance class or do 20 sit ups before you leave your bedroom every morning.
You've got to practice
WHO you want to become.
A Doctor can not give you health,
a bank account can not give you a new home,
sitting on the sofa can not give you abs.
You've got to practice
WHO you want to become.
