Subject: Morning nourishment... begins in bed! 😍

Hi beautiful,

Did you think of one thing from last week where you chose a different action/reaction, that now, upon reflection, you can see how it yielded a different result?

Can you notice a benefit (maybe that you didn't expect) that yielded a different result?

Go on, think for a minute. Because if you read the note from last week, the seed was planted.
Something, one thing, you did it differently! You just might not have appreciated yourself for it yet.

Have you got it?
Remember...?
And.. it did that! Hell yeah!! Nice work!

As we just had the Libra New Moon yesterday, it's a potent time to set new intentions (with the energy of the new moon, you can think of setting intentions, similar to planting seeds that you want to see yield in 6 months, and harvest in 12 months), so with that in mind, and building on the theme of NEW SPACE...

How about considering planting some "good thought" seeds?
Not just for now, but, as a new morning habit.
Imagine what results good feeling thoughts could yield in 6 months and harvest in 12 months, if you decided to transform your waking thoughts!

What's the first thought you think when you wake up?

Your self-awareness and self love would increase ten-fold, if you took note of what your waking thought was, every morning for a week.

Because here's the thing, chances are if we don't start the day in a good feeling, nourishing, sensual, loving, inspiring thoughts, chances the rest of your day might not upgrade far beyond that initial thought.

Even though, I do want you to take note of your waking thought... I'm going to offer some thought softeners that can use to soothe yourself into more good feelings in the morning (even when, and especially when you've just realised you've thought about something shitty/stressful/worrying/urgent/disruptive).

"Even though, I'm thinking about _____, I can love my pillow right now."

"Even though, thinking about ___ makes me feel ____, I can let it go in this moment and love my pillow."

"I do really like this pillow. I'm grateful for this pillow, it's pretty great."

"Today could be pretty great too."

"Today things could go my way."

"Today I could enjoy myself and do something that I enjoy"

"That makes me smile. I could see myself smiling in lots of situations today."

"Each day does get better."

"I am enjoying myself more and more each day. And when I'm not enjoying myself, I'm getting better at noticing it and thinking about improving it."

"I'm getting better at feeling good more often."

"I don't have to figure it all out today."

"I can take each step as it comes."

"I can feel good taking each step as it comes."

"Maybe I can choose to feel good as much as possible today."

"Today could be a fun day!"

"There's lots of evidence of good things coming my way. Things really are getting better. Ok it feels excruciating slow sometimes, but all evidence points to improvement"

"I'm figuring it out."

"Even tough, sometimes I feel like i'm getting it all wrong, really, I'm figuring it all out."

"Really, I'm enjoying figuring it out. There's lots of goof things happening."

"I'm going to be easier with myself about this."

"I'm going to be easier with myself with loving myself and accepting myself."

"I'm going to be more loving and accepting with myself than I've ever been before."

'I like myself."

"I'm liking myself more and more."

"I love myself."

"I love myself and I love waking up every morning with myself, knowing that I'm going to do the most nourishing things for myself today. I love knowing that I value myself. I love that I'm excited about my day. Today is going to be a really good day." 

Ideally, asap, you'll begin speaking kind, appreciative, celebratory, nourishing, encouraging words to yourself in the morning.

Could you begin your day being THE BEST to you?

You deserve the BEST.
You are the BEST.
Give the BEST to yourself.

Could you begin your day TOMORROW being THE BEST to you?
