I wanted to extend a warm invitation to join me for online yoga class today from the comfort of your own home.



It's the perfect opportunity to unwind, create some space for yourself and reconnect with your mind, body, and soul - without the traffic, public transport or parking panic. ;)


While online yoga is not the same as practicing together body-to-body, there are many important benefits worth considering:

#2 Privacy: If you're new to yoga or prefer a more intimate setting, practicing from home allows you to explore and deepen your practice in a private space. You can focus solely on yourself and your own journey without distractions or looking at/feeling the energy of others.


#3 Relaxation at home: This is probably the greatest gift I get from practicing online yoga class with my teachers - it has helped me to create a serene yoga space at home. Whether it's in your living room, on your patio, or even in your backyard, you can practice yoga in an environment that makes you feel relaxed and at ease. Plus you can come back to this space between classes - and for me, it's just made it easier for me to remember that I can relax (with ease and without TV) at home.


#4 Personalized Experience: Online yoga classes still provide a personalized experience. I can guide you through each pose and offer individualized adjustments and modifications, ensuring that you get the most out of your practice.


#5 Prioritise the time, Develop your practice: Of course there's a gazillion YouTube videos for yoga - but do you do the full video? Do you do it consistently? Are you doing it to do it or is your practice progressing? Having a set time allocated online where you will be present and live with us in class makes a huge difference to the development and depth of your practice.
