It’s not that I’m broken.
It’s not that I’m a puzzle piece in search of a diagnosis and a pill.
It’s that my nervous system isn’t ready yet—and it needs support.
Not from a prescription.
But from presence.
From soothing. From slowing down. From showing up.
She needs to know:
