Now, I want you to MAKE A DECISION.
3. Decide with every cell on your body that it is going to be the ONE THING you do every day for the next 25 days of December.
Just to remind you that from here until Decemeber 31st, it's most likely going to become increasingly more challenging to devote energy to yourself.
So please, decide your ONE THING that creates PEACE, PLEASURE & PRESENCE and decide you're going to do it.
