Subject: How to relax without meditating... 😍🤗

Hi beautiful,

Ok. Before we go any further...

(because something new is on the horizon and if I was you, I'd get a little excited)

And in preparation of this new...

I'm not going to throw more transformation theory at you (yet!)
I'm not going to share my hard earned lessons (yet!)
I'm not going to share the outrageous juicy sublimely satisfactory delicacies (yet!)
I'm not going to kick your ass to encourage you to CHANGE YOUR MIND (yet!)
I'm not going to go to invite you to a new method for THINKING GOOD THOUGHTS (yet!)

All I'm going to ask you to to do
today,
and ideally,
every morning or night this week,
is LISTEN
.

Please listen to this.

Not because it strokes my ego, because, darling, it doesn't.
I'm encouraging you because listening to it has created so much resonance, so much healing, such a strong foundation for transformation... I wonder if it creates as much resonance in your life as it has for me.

But in order for this resonance to take place, as with any new habit, consistency is required.  

I didn't "make" this meditation. I had no idea what was happening really, I was just listening, receiving, creating. And I didn't really care if no one else listened to it, I just kept following the inspiration... AND so, I listened to it. 
Over, and over, and over. 
Morning, and night, 
and in the bath, 
and before client calls, 
and on airplanes, and when life got stressful. 
Not really for anything more than I liked the way it relaxed me. I liked what happened after listening. 

That was the coolest part... life just started to unfold in a gentler way. That was all the evidence I had, and that was really all I was going off to keep listening to the meditation.

So anyway, long story, slightly shorter, this meditation has created resonance and transformation beyond my wildest imaginations. And I truly believe it and I truly have benefited from listening to it consistently, with the accompanying affirmations.

If the affirmations are too much just say the first (the root)
I am rooted
I am connected
and the conclusion (the crown)
I am that I am
I am home
