I donā€™t want to be lonely.Ā

How often has thinking like that brought you what you want?Ā 



Hereā€™s why:


The more you think about what you donā€™t want,

the more you create what you don't want.


If you feed your desire with negativity, expect negativity to flourish.Ā 


This is natural law; what you put your focus on grows.



Especially when there are aspects and things about ourselves

that we have always disliked - the "natural" negative thoughts can run deep inside of our mind.



What if I told you that - with the magic wand I'm about to give you - you can

  1. reprogram yourself into loving and accepting yourself

  2. hocus focus on "loving and accepting yourself" so that the more you focus on using your magic wand, the more wonderful outcomes will happen in your life!

your magic wand is a magical sentence you can use every time a negative thought or experience happens in your life.

Think about for a moment those times where you felt really good,

And then good things started to happen,

And if you let yourself feel good about that,

Even more good things happenedā€¦ right??


BUT your mind might already be chattering...

ā€œHow can I possibly like that about myself?ā€

ā€œMy parents/teachers/siblings/lovers/friends didnā€™t like it about meā€


These are thoughts that you need you glitter with your magic wand:


BUT I LOVE AND APPROVE OF MYSELF ANYWAY.


REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY SAID, I LOVE AND APPROVE OF MYSELF.


REGARDLESS OF WHAT HAPPENED, i LOVE AND APPROVE OF MYSELF.


REGARDLESS OF HOW I MIGHT FEEL ABOUT THIS, I LOVE AND APPROVE OF MYSELF.

TODAY I LOVE & APPROVE MYSELF EXACTLY AS I AM.Ā 



Self approval and self acceptance is the magic doorway to positive outcomes and good happenings in your life.Ā 


HOMEWORK: Use your magic wand as many times in a day as you can.


First get used to using it when anything remotely negative or stressful or anxious happens:


Every time you worry about something,

Every time you feel fear or frustration,Ā 

Every time you feel anger or annoyance towards another,

Every time you cry.


Use your magic wand: I LOVE & APPROVE MYSELF EXACTLY AS I AM.Ā 


Then, practice using your magic wand every time you have ā€œa blank momentā€:

(These are sneaky times your negative chatter will try to fill)


Every time you look in the mirror.

Every time you look in the car mirror.Ā 

Every time you wash your hands.Ā 

Every time you take a sip of water.Ā 

Every time you brush your teeth.Ā

This week no matter what happens - default to your magic wand:
