I hate feeling this way and have tried to push through it for years. And you know what I’ve learned? It’s not just “a bad mood” or “one of those days.” Even though it may be triggered by everything going not right around you, this inner state of turmoil is actually happening from within,


The good news? We can work with our bodies to shift blocked energy so that we can rebalance our mood and boost productivity from the inside out.


In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this kind of frustration, overwhelm, and indecision often points to an imbalance in the Liver Meridian.


The Liver governs the smooth flow of energy and emotions. When that flow is blocked, we feel irritable, mentally foggy, and emotionally drained.


But when we support the Liver everything shifts.


This Tuesday, Homebody Yoga is on the Liver Meridian. Through grounding poses, breathwork, and targeted acupressure points, we’ll boost productivity and inner peace.
