Last week, over coffee, a friend confided in me that he’d given up on yoga. He said he was tired of the fitness-focused classes and was searching for something deeper—a new kind of challenge. This year, Traditional Chinese Medicine became my guiding light, helping me navigate the most challenging time in my life. My adrenals, heart, and spirit have been pushed to their limits. Instead of letting burnout and grief take over, I returned to what’s sustained me: breathwork, yoga, flower essences, and a commitment to growth. And I dug deeper into my practice.



Our bodies have an incredible capacity to heal.


This study and dedication have brought me beyond what I thought possible.
