You might still feel pulled to stay productive, to power through as if every season were summer—filled with light, energy, and endless days. But if there’s one thing the Arctic Circle winter taught me, it’s that winter invites us to turn inward, to embrace warmth, stillness, and the comfort of home projects… and yoga. And the more we put into your nourishing ourselves during wintertide, the more we can reap from the high summer of 2025.

Welcome to "Homebody" – A Winter Sanctuary of Yoga & Self-Care

Homebody is a series of online yoga classes for those who seek both a deeper connection with and greater strength in their bodies and minds.


With shorter days and colder weather, our bodies crave warmth, grounding, and nourishment. Yet, in our busy lives, it’s tricky to create a space that truly feels relaxing.


That’s where Homebody comes in—a 3-month program designed to help you feel centered and resilient, so you can handle responsibilities without losing touch with what matters most.


These classes will help you establish a sustainable foundation for balance, emotional resilience, and personal growth. This isn’t just about getting through the season; it’s about building your inner sanctuary.


Homebody Yoga Class Schedule:

  • Weekly on Tuesdays:
    Meridian Yoga – Grounding & Self-Healing
    This session uses meridian sequences and acupressure points to reset, ground, and restore. Perfect for releasing tension and boosting resilience.

  • Weekly on Thursdays:
    Shantiseva Yoga – Strength & Flexibility with a Spiritual Focus
    A combo of a dynamic vinyasa class and restorative yoga class designed to build both physical strength and inner resilience with spiritual themes that inspire and empower.

  • Every Second Friday,
    Core & Bum Burn – Strengthen & Tone
    A high-energy class targeting the core and lower body to build lasting strength.

  • New Moon & Full Moon
    Restorative/Yin Yoga – Intention & Renewal
    Unwind with deeply restorative poses, guided intention-setting, and emotional release, perfectly timed with the moon’s cycles.


Each class is designed to meet you exactly where you are, challenging both mind and body while helping you feel more energized and at home in yourself.

I'm super excited to get started and could not be happier that the first class will be a deeply restorative yin class on the November 1st New Moon, this Friday.


For this class bring your journal, and make sure you are wearing cosy, comfortable clothes and have lots of pillows close by to hold yourself in the pose. It's been a minute since I've melted bodies and I'm PUMPED to take you on a journey to deeper connection with yourself.
