Happy Sunday beautiful! 

Sooo... last week we visited the theme of "the responsibility of letting go", and then, touched on the SPACE that gets created when we let go.

Surprise, surprise this has been a common theme with clients this week:

L  I  V  I  N G    I  N    T  H  I  S    N  E  W    S  P  A  C  E.

When you let go, N E W S P A C E  is created. What people don't tell you is that this new space is going to ...
  • feel uncomfortable.
  • test your boundaries of this new space.
  • ask you to commit and recommit to this new space. 

It's ok if you're feeling a little stagnant and even, confused and even, sad.

It's ok that you're still defining what are the new habits and behaviours necessary to set a new foundation.

Because my darling, that's all it takes: new action. 

New actions in motion will build the strong foundation (that you've been already building towards), step by step.

That's ALLl that's stopping you from living the life you want: taking new action.

1. Deciding new actions and activities that build towards THE DIFFERENT RESULT that what you want.
2. Committing to these new actions
3. Doing these new actions

THAT'S THE ONLY THING STOPPING YOU FROM WHAT YOU WANT.


DOING SOMETHING DIFFERENT
= GET A DIFFERENT RESULT 


Let's revisit the key questions from last week....

  • How do I want to decorate this new space? 
  • Do i even want any decorations?
  • How do I want to feel in the space? 
  • What do I do in the space?
  • What does a strong foundation for a new space look like?
