In my yoga classes, I focus on balancing inner listening with movement, strength with stillness, movement with mindfulness, mind with body.
My ultimate goal is for you to feel incredible (grounded, comfortably & totally relaxed) in your own skin. I like to call it "melting bodies". As my favorite part is at the end of class when I see that all the stiffness, soreness, stress has melted away into nothingness. That's why each class is unique, with a consistent blend of strength, opening, awareness, and, of course, balance.
