I hope you're enjoying this wonderful sunshine and all the activities and events of Chamonix summer.

If you're looking to balance the hectic Chamonix life with some stretching, relaxing and strengthening, I'm excited to invite you to some exciting yoga events happening this week.

#1 Join me for Yoga in Trees:

Tomorrow, we will be practicing yoga amongst the trees in the Chamonix forest. Imagine reconnecting with yourself, breathing deeply and finding your flow in the serenity of nature, with the soothing sounds of the forest while

stretching for strength, balance & fascia restoration
breathing techniques for soothing your nervous system
forest bathing for relaxation & reconnection.

Date: Wednesday 5pm

Meeting Location: Grepon Car Park - roundabout entrance, at the signpost for Cascade du Dard path.

Rex will be there too!

#2 Free Yoga Classes at the Arc'teryx Alpine Academy:

Compliments of the Arc'teryx Alpine Academy, I'm excited to offer 3 free yoga classes this weekend.

Date: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Insert dates)

Time: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Location: Main Stage at Alpine Village

Each class will be 60-90 minutes combing

dynamic stretching to open up our range of motion
conditioning postures to build strength
restorative long-hold stretches to soothe and restore the fascia
breathwork to balance stamina and recovery

so that you can maximise your favorite alpine actitivities!

All stiff bodies and stressed minds are welcome. The classes are suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced practitioners who want to strengthen their body and relax their mind.

Please bring your friends and family - I have 6 yoga mats so if you would like me to bring you one - just let me know! :)
