We hear it in the podcasts, books and interviews from the most successful minds across every industry; prioritise meditation, sleep and JOURNALLING.

Journalling allows you to 
  • get your thoughts out of your head and on paper <<<CLARITY>>>
  • connect more deeply with yourself; your intentions, your feelings, your thoughts, your actions <<<CONNECTION>>>
  • get strategic about planning what's important to you, removing what's not or what's obstructing what's important  <<<STRATEGIC>>>

5. If you could be invisible for 3 hours where would you go and why? 


6. Write out 3 accomplishments you achieved in the last 7 days.


7. What is something that surprised you or caught you off guard in the last 14 days? 


8. What's going RIGHT at the moment? (Can be many things/situations)


9. What's the number 1 lesson you would give your daughter? your son? Are they different lessons? Why?


10. What was the BIGGEST LESSON you learned from the last book that you read?

11. What activities do you enjoy doing? Why do you enjoy them? How often do you these activities?

How about for this week, you make journalling 1 question from this list each morning as your #1 priority? Can you do it?
