It's ok to take a few deep breaths to check in with yourself.
Healing begins with accepting that anxiety, confusion, physical pain, depression is being in a vulnerable state.
So healing begins with feeling vulnerable.
Feeling vulnerable is ok and it's safe to be there.
Rather than thinking there's something to fix, let's start with FEELING SAFE.

can be doing all the “right” things, such as meditation, sleep, hydration, exercise, nutrition, rest and STILL be stuck in a place of suffering.
could be in a continuous cycle of physical pain or anxiety or active depression and OPENING to the possibility that you have a power, somewhere within you, to resolve it.
could have invested years into healing or recovery or personal/professional development and SUDDENLY encounter a challenging life transition; such as a broken relationship, a death of a loved one, losing your job, an abortion, kids leaving home, bankruptcy, sexual trauma, career change that requires a personal state of safety.
We are faced with times of pain and adversity as we progress through life.
Homework for this week:
When you feel triggered, hurt, low, pain or frustrated, ask yourself
what do I need in this moment to feel safe?
