Subject: Being Intentionally Happy

Being Intentionally Happy
Friend, this week's post may seem somewhat similar to an earlier article - because it is.  I'm going back to the topic of happiness.  Specifically, the fact that we choose whether or not we are happy.
I wanted to re-visit this topic, based on some feedback that I've received.  It seems that my point wasn't well received by some.  So I wanted to dive in again and get a bit deeper.
Our path to happiness should not be taken alone.  Part of choosing
to be happy requires us to be vulnerable and accept help
from those that love us.
I haven't changed my mind.  I still believe that we choose whether or not we're happy.  But that doesn't mean that it's always an easy choice.  Nor does it mean that some don't have a much more difficult time than others in choosing.

For more, jump right into
today's post.

As always, I'd love to hear from you.  Do you feel that we can choose to be happy?  Or do you disagree?  How do you ensure your happiness?  That's something I'd truly love to hear about.

XO,

Heather
