The second chakra is the home of our emotional body, our sexuality, our procreative energies, and our creativity.
Emotions/feelings are like water, in that they need to flow. When they become blocked up, our physical, emotional, and mental health is compromised.
Cleansing the 2nd chakra is also essential for spiritual ascension. Lower vibrational emotional patterns do not resonate with 5th dimensional consciousness, and can hold you back.
In the October 23rd class, we will continue our healing of the chakras with the 2nd chakra, located just below our navel.
As we'll be doing a separate session for each of the chakras, this program now extends into 2019.
