Hello Healy Journey-ers,

For those of use who subscribed to the Heal Advisor Search App in June, it appears that Healy is re-billing us in July when they were not supposed to. We should have been billed for June and it should renew at ZERO dollars for life.

It happened to me as well and I'm certain it will get corrected. Please submit a support ticket if this situation applies to you. Here's a template for the support ticket I submitted for myself. Please feel free to copy.

I bought the Heal Advisor search in June and was billed again in July. Please refund July and correct my subscription as I was told I subscribe and pay for June then it was free for life after that.
