Here is a response from Healy Support that explains a lot:

"Please note that the MagHealy has a coverage diameter of up to 3 meters, regardless of the intensity level that is currently set. The intensity should be adjusted based on the user's individual needs, as different users may have varying levels of tolerance to the magnetic fields created by the MagHealy.

We recommend that users avoid setting the MagHealy to 100% intensity if they are concerned about battery life. On the other hand, we would like to remind you that the MagHealy can be used while charging in any of the three switch positions.

Furthermore, please be aware that the only difference between position II and position III on the switch is that the central ring LED light turns on when running programs in position III. Setting your MagHealy to position II will help conserve energy.

For your convenience, please find attached to this support ticket the English version of the MagHealy Manual. Here you will find all of the relevant details about the MagHealy programs.

Finally, we have attached the document that goes over the instructions for use of the MagHealy. Please keep in mind that even though this document contains over 900 pages, only the first 28 pages are in English. The other pages are meant for members who speak other languages. We recommend using the "Document Outline" feature to easily view all of the available languages."
