A few updates...
The new Healy website is LIVE however some features are not fully active yet. Keep checking back over the next few days if you need to order something.
1) I just did this quick video for you
This is all new for me too...so I don't have all the answers yet myself but will try to compile questions and get answers.
2) I tried to purchase the HealAdvisor Search subscription and the site doesn't yet allow you to enter your serial number so keep checking. I cover this topic in the video above.
3) I received an answer to a common question via a support ticket and wanted to pass it on. Q: When you use vibrate in the blue dot app, is it only sending the frequencies from the top 5 analysis results or the entire list of frequencies from the entire database? If you have 2 entries for the same database in your LIST (under clients/lists) when you vibrate them could they be different?
A: No, it is sending vibrations from the databases that were a result of your scan (the 5 entries you spoke of) and not the entire database. I hope this is helpful!
4) I'll be back on ZOOM next Monday 7/12. If you have emailed me a question and I have not answered by Monday, please resubmit your email as it may have gotten lost in the shuffle.
5) It was announced on a recent corporate update call that all Healys have a 2 YEAR WARRANTY in every country. There was some mis-communication in the past that the USA only had a 1 year warranty.
6)If you have lost or damaged your Healy, replacements are $350 USD and the only payment method accepted for that right now is via Zelle. Support will guide you through the process.
