Good morning Healy Resonance (HR) owners,
Please feel free to delete this email if you don't have HR.
If you have a current version of Healy Resonance where the app has never been uninstalled then PLEASE do NOT uninstall it. If your app seems to be working then just do nothing for now and keep using it. This is true especially if you are using an iPad. There was a new release of Apple iOS that is affecting the use of the Healy app on an iPad and Healy IT app developers are working on it.
If the app is still installed but not working, go to the Apple App store or the Android Play Store and search for "Healy Analyse" app and do an update right from the App/Play stores. In the app store you have to click on the app icon to go "inside" to find the update button. On Android in the Play store, the update button is right up front. This will update you to version 1.15.3.
If you have deleted your "blue dot" app or you have never installed the app for the first time, you may be in the same situation as I am with my iphone 11. You can login, import master key but when you SYNC CHANGES it times out and often says "It is not possible to connect to the Cloud server". I am hearing this is a common thing. In the Telegram groups that I am in I am hearing to just keep trying and eventually it will sync and work. So that's were I am at.
Regarding the master key. The best way that I have found to share master keys between devices is to have a free dropbox account that you can login to from every phone/tablet. Store your master key there. When you need to import the key to a phone do the following steps.
Open Dropbox app on phone
Sign in
Locate the file
Click the "..." button below the file. (Don't open the file).
Choose "Export"
Choose "Open In"
Choose "Save to Files"
Choose "On my iphone"
Click SAVE (at the top right).
The file will land in your iphone "Files" folder and from the Healy Analyse app when you go to import the master key...it takes you to the Files folder.
I will send another update as I get more information.
Thanks for your continued patience,
Sherri
