Hello Healy Resonance Owners,
I just wanted to update you if you are trying to update to the new version of the Healy Analyse app.
If you haven't ever installed and are just receiving your Healy this won't apply to you.
I am still having challenges with mine after the app update and have reached out to a few leaders for help.
Once I get mine working I will do that promised video.
Here's what I know so far:
Reboot phone
Reboot Healy (hold power button down full 20 seconds)
Turn on wifi
Turn on bluetooth
Turn on Healy
Delete the Healy Analyse app.
Download and open the Healy Analyse app (app store or play store)
Follow the screens to connect
Login
Import Master Key
Hit the PINK SYNC button (here's where I get stuck).
For me...The SYNC stays at 10% for over and hour and eventually times out and says "Error It is not possible to connect to the Cloud server.". We get this error twice and the second screen has no way to move past the screen. You have to delete the app and try again.
Some people have had zero issues and are up and running again just fine.
I tend to experience the issues...and then help others. (good and bad)
Rest assured...I will get this figured out and then be available to help you.
Please reply and let me know the status of your Healy Resonance and app so I know who is affected.
