1) I upgraded to the new Healy app and my custom programs are missing?
They aren't missing. Within the New Healy app, they are not just in the program list like the other programs. There's an icon at the bottom of the page called "Expert Area". Click that icon and then you'll see a Program group called Expert Programs.

If you happen to have expert - Therapist programs... and they are not there, you simply go in your support center and open a case to let them know you need them activated... very simple. The new app is much more reliable than the original program. Think about a computer... it's updated over and over and eventually, the app is out of date and need to be to be replaced with a new version...which is exactly what's happening here. No one is telling you you have to do it...but eventually, the pink dot will no longer be supported and you'll have to.

2) Can you benefit from the pink dot app with no wires and no coil?

I'd like you to think about an electrical circuit... you need to have a positive and negative charge...with out it...there is no circuit. When you plug in the wires and attach them to yourself with an accessory, you are creating that circuit..same with the coil as it creates its own circuit... when you are NOT using the Individual Microcurrent Frequencies (IMFs) or the coil... there is absolutely NO need to ever touch the intensity levels. Mechanically, you are not doing anything to your Frequency Device... What you do want to do is create a Powerful Potent Detailed and Clear intention because you are using Radionic Frequency...Intention based.

3) Where do I control the High/Low intensity setting?
Download, install, and Login to your HealAdvisor Search App.. choose settings... choose MY HEALY and choose SWITCH to high. Most people keep it on high unless they are super sensitive. Switching to low is an option for sensitive people. Here's what the page says...

Select the low current level for sensitive skin and the high current level for normal skin. If you experience skin irritations, please use the low current level or put a damp cloth under the wristbands.

4) The names of my programs changed. Help!
Yes Healy changed the names of some of the programs. If you update all your apps, the names should ultimately line up so you know which program to run from your Resonance Analysis results. We all know the name of the program doesn't really matter as there are 200-400 frequencies included in each program and it's hard to put a label on it. Healy published a new guide with all the program names. If you would like a copy of the PDF, just reply here and I can send it to you so you don't have to hunt for it and download it.


I will be doing a fresh video tutorial for the New Healy App at some point in the near future.
