Subject: Healy Pink Dot App Troubleshooting from Healy Support

I have 2 things to share today.

1) The Pink Dot App is still challenging for a few folks and sometimes seems to stop running in the middle of the program. If this is happening to you, I published the information I received from Healy support via Carol Henderson (thanks Carol) on this page:

2) If you received a free Healy HHHP or should have one coming soon from the Power Play promotion and you would like to upgrade it to Healy Resonance for $500 you can do that even before it arrives.

Dear all, the power play winner devices will be sent in the next couple of days.

As they might not arrive in time before the end of the month, here is what you can do if you want to buy an upgrade for these devices:

1. Order the upgrade in the shop, entering serial number 99:99:99:99:99:99

2. Once you receive the device, please open a customer support ticket with the Healy serial number of the Healy you received from the power play promotion AND the order number of the upgrade We will than match the upgrade with your Healy.

One more thing: try to order as soon as possible in this last week of June. Order volume is going up daily now!


To upgrade, login to your account and visit the SHOP before midnight on 6/28. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and choose your upgrade (HHHP to HR). Discounted prices will appear on the last page below the credit card info. If you have any questions about this, reply to this email and give me a little time to respond. 

I have mentioned that the Healy Resonsance device is increasing in price on July 1st to $6000. I was a little off on that. The Healy Resonance we know now will be called Healy Professional and it's a "own for life" package that will be 4169 Euro and after conversion to USD and sales tax that will be about $5400 USD. My apologies for any confusion.

I believe also that there might be a market demand for previously owned Healys still under warranty (just a hint). The transfer process is in place and I'm testing it and will document it soon.
