If you are currently experiencing issues with running the pink dot app...it seems like Healy is rolling out an upgrade to a new app and the pink dot app is no longer working. It's affecting more and more people
My pink dot app is still working on one Healy but that may change any day now...
If you are affected...
If anyone is still using the old pink dot...it is now obsolete.
•Delete it from your controlling device (phone/iPad/tablet)
•Restart your controlling device...
•Hard restart your frequency device by holding the power button down for up to 20 seconds until the light turns solid green and release (will go off in 3-5 seconds).
•Download a new copy of the MAGHEALY App or HEALY2 app
You'll notice it's different now. You can scan ALL of your devices in and it keeps a list... so you can use multiple devices now on at the same time... there is no longer a black white circle to show the IMF connection... you'll see a wave form...solid when IMFS are not connected... moving when they are...widening when you increase the intensity. It's much more stable.
Remember to log into your HealAdvisor App and go to settings to switch your intensity to High if you are using the IMFs in the pink.
