Hello Healy Journey-ers
I continue to be amazed at the stories that I am hearing from people every week about life change with Healy and I'm grateful to be part of the journey!
I wanted to send out a quick update on a few things.
1) I gladly continue to help people in my Monday night zoom meeting EVERY week except this coming 10/19. I'll be out next week on 10/19 and 10/21 but back on the Monday night zoom 10/26. If you would like to come and ask questions on anything that can help you with your Healy, simply reply to this email for details. I'm here to help. I know technical issues can arise so please don't suffer in silence.
Please consult with the person who introduced you to Healy first but I'm always an email away from helping you with ANYTHING Healy related. Please be patient with my response time.

2) There should be a new Healy Resonance (Healy Analyse) app update released by the weekend. It should resolve some recent issues with use of an iPad. You must be on IOS 11+ with an iPad. Visit your Apple App Store or Android Play Store to receive the update.
3) If you have a subscription service like the Digital Nutrition App, Healy is moving to a new payment processor and automated billing cannot transfer over. If you have a subscription you'll be getting an email from Healy with details to continue your subscription. Healy will offer a free month of the subscription for your trouble.

5) If you have not received your wristbands, please let me know ASAP.
6) Healy has a new supplier for a much higher quality wrist band. There have been issues with wrist bands due to covid supply chain issues. If you have the newer silver thread wrist bands, you'll be receiving a new set by the end of January. 60,000 of them will be received soon and distributed out. If you have not received wrist bands, please reply and let me know.
7) Healy will host a series of Frequency Friday zoom meetings at 12 noon Eastern time on 10/23, 11/6, 11/20, and 12/4

8) All Fast Start Healy Resonance units earned should be shipped by the end of this week. If you are expecting one and do not receive it by 10/23, please let me know.
9) AND THE GREATEST NEWS!!! For those of you sharing Healy with others through the refer-a-friend program, you will have another opportunity to earn a "fast start bonus" which could mean a free upgrade for your Healy or a free Healy Resonance for you. This even applies if you have already earned a fast start bonus! This will start near the end of the year.
