Subject: Healy Analyse App SYNC help from Sherri

Hello Healy Journey-ers,

I've been getting a common question lately and often teach on this topic in my zoom meetings but I feel it's a good reminder and helpful for everyone to know...

You don't need the internet to operate your Healy except to download newer versions of the app. I use a dedicated Samsung tablet with my Healy and I go months without connecting that tablet to the internet.

But you may be seeing messages that seem like warnings about lacking internet when you operate your blue dot analyse app.

The best thing to do here is to connect to your blue dot app, go to settings...then Cloud settings and toggle off the 3 buttons (see red box in image below). If and when you feel like you need to do an update or sync, then click the Full Synchronization button (see green box in image below).

This sync to the cloud is most useful for practitioners who treat patients and use multiple Healys in their practice. They can effectively SYNC them all up so that all the Healys in the office have the same patient history available.

If you are just using Healy for yourself or your family, there's probably not a huge need to store your information in the Healy medical cloud.

If you have gotten off schedule with using your Healy and need to get things reset, please attend a zoom soon (second and fourth Mondays) or watch the recordings so you can start using it again.


Be sure you have deleted and re-downloaded your apps in 2023 for best results.
