As we see areas of our country affected by natural disasters...I can't help but think of those people who may be without power or internet and know that they cannot use their Healy "blue dot app".
When the "blue dot app" first came out, you only needed internet to update it from time to time. Healy took this feature away and I'd love to have your help in flooding the support desk with this request.
If you are willing, here's the HOW TO
1) Go here

Click the pink button for
LOG-IN WITH YOUR HEALY WORLD PLATFORM ACCOUNT!
Supply your username and password or use the forgot password link and reset your password and try to login with the new password.
2) Click SUBMIT A NEW CASE
Choose Topic = Software
Choose Sub-Topic = HealAdvisorAnalyse App
Scroll down to the bottom and enter subject: Allow HealAdvisorAnalyse App to work without internet
Type something like this or use your own words to express your concern:
"Dear Healy Support
I respectfully request an enhancement to the HealAdvisorAnalyse App. When this app first came out in 2020, you only needed to be connected to the internet to download a fresh copy of the database.
Now with newer versions you have to be connected to the internet just to be able to login and use the app.
Think of all the people these days who are affected by power outages and storms. While they may be without power or internet, they cannot use their HealAdvisorAnalyse App.
Please make it possible to use the app the way it used to be where you could update the app by choice and only need to connect to the internet to perform the update. Daily usage could be without the internet."
3) Choose your serial number from the list.
4) Enter your phone or tablet version (not that it matters)
5) Click Submit
