Subject: The 3 G's Of Happiness (Perfect exercise for this stressful time!)

Hello Friend,

I wanted to introduce a resource that is helping me a great deal during stressful times like this. It's so easy to get caught up in a web of anxiety and depression, when we may feel helpless or powerless. There are many things that we CANNOT CONTROL right now. Let's focus on an area we CAN CONTROL, to increase your happiness and decrease your stress.

I recently discovered The 3 G's of Happiness, a one week exercise that helps you identify and address one of 3 areas that you CAN CONTROL.

The exercise is simple, and will only take about 1 minutes per day.

If you want to bring more happiness to your life, decrease your stress, and feel empowered, Click my Google Document Link:

After trying this for a week, respond back to this email, and let me know how it goes!

I'm working diligently to finish up our "Quarantine Spine Survival Guide," it has just gone slower than I had imagined, because I have been working diligently to provide value to my patients who opted into Telehealth.

If you are still on the fence about telehealth and struggling with pain or being less mobile than you'd like, several others shared your concerns... at first.

Now, a few weeks later, the patients who went ahead were shocked how easy and effective telehealth has been for their needs... all from the comfort of their own home.

Even through the internet, patients are STILL getting the results they want!
Let me know if you are struggling and would like to give it a try. Would it really be so bad to try it first, and then decide whether or not it helps you?

(Also, My schedule is booking up FAST for the first two weeks in May, so be sure to secure your appointment time with me SOON.)

If telehealth is not for you, I still recommend checking out our Quarantine Spine Survival Guide next week:
What will the Quarantine Spine Survival Guide include?

This will be a FREE, 5-day online video course, designed to help you survive the Coronavirus quarantine period with less pain, stiffness, or discomfort.

Whether you are working from home for the first time at your dining room table, binging Netflix, or unable to exercise the way you’d like, this course will help.

Each day, you will receive a short video to your email inbox, with useful tips to keep yourself pain free and avoid problems like my close relative I mentioned above!

Lessons will include:
  • DAY 1: Expert tips for proper posture while watching TV, using laptops, iPads, etc. to avoid damaging your spine, shoulders, and neck.
  • DAY 2: Convenient desk stretches that help keep stiffness and tightness at bay.
  • DAY 3: How to stop Low back / S.I. joint pain caused by sitting.
  • DAY 4: "Tips for tight hips that sit quite a bit."
  • DAY 5: Conclusion / Practical take home points
This course will not automatically be sent to you. You will need to click the link that I send once released, as I understand not everyone will be interested.... and I'd rather not flood their inboxes....

Keep an eye out in your inbox on Tuesday next week for this FREE resource.

If you can't wait for this course or you need my help now, all you need to do is reply to this email.

Also, if you haven't checked in with me yet (thank you for all the emails everyone else!), please send me a message / reach out to let me know how you and your family are holding up. Hang in there.
Gratefully,
