We wanted to give you a heads of an important change that may impact you as a former or current patient. Most of you know that we often record custom videos for our patients, and store them for later viewing online on a secure server. We believe this is part of what makes us unique and allows us to fine tune experiences to your needs and learning style.
We know that several patients like to use these videos well after their rehab is complete as a reference.
After storing thousands of videos for several years, we've found that we're running out of digital storage! In order to continue this service for current patients and control costs, we will be removing previous videos if they were dated before 2021.
We will backup any videos created prior to 2021 on a hard-drive, but they will no longer be available to you online after December 15th, 2021. Please note, your custom home exercise spreadsheets will still be available online. If you'd like to keep a copy of any videos we've stored online for yourself, please load the video from the links we provided to you in previous emails, and click the "download" button at the top.
(we can always provide you a copy at a later date upon request, but it may take several weeks, depending on our schedule.) |
