Subject: 90% of people with hip/back pain are weak in these muscles

Hi Friend,

If you've ever had back or hip pain, I'm sure you've been told or thought you need to "strengthen your core." But what does that really mean? And how does "strengthening your core" improve your quality of life?

Does strengthening your core mean doing a bunch of sit-ups and crunches to solve back or hip pain? It's not that simple. If it were, you probably would have figured out what's causing your hip or back pain a long time ago!

The "core" consists of a group of several muscles that work together to keep your spine, pelvis, and other joints protected from injury. They also work together to adjust to small movements in your environment.

Your core is much more than just the "abs," and typically includes other deep muscles all the way from your diaphragm to your pelvic floor.

Using endless fitness videos don't fix problems in your core muscles. You need to work on strengthening the muscles all together and correctly.

What's one of our favorite ways to strengthen your deep core muscles and learn to feel them working correctly? Blowing up a balloon, actually! But you have to do it right.

Check out our BLOG AND VIDEO below on how to strengthen your core and glutes with nothing more than a simple balloon and a firm surface:
If you felt even 5% better from doing these exercises in the blog above, reply to this email "I need to strengthen my core," and we'll chat about how we can get you on the right track to feeling stronger and more confident in your hips and back.
Gratefully,
