Subject: 😯 YIKES! He got a herniated disc from sitting wrong?!

Hello Friend,

I've been getting a lot of messages from patients about back or shoulder pain that started since the quarantine.

More people have been sitting at their dining room tables for work, watching more Netflix than usual (Tiger King, anyone?), and/or unable to exercise the way they normally would.

Sitting for long periods of time (especially with poor posture or an improper desk set-up) can have disastrous consequences).

In fact.... my close relative called me last week in agony ..... he was suffering from unrelenting pain in his neck, and down his arm ....  it sure sounded like a herniated disc, so I had him follow up with his physician in this case (because the symptoms were so bad!)... turns out I was right ... after sitting for multiple hours in a row of online meetings with an improper home-office set-up, my relative ended up with a herniated disc in his neck. (Granted, it was probably the "straw that broke the Camel's back," so to speak, but still... it does happen!)

Along those lines ... and to prevent this from happening to you ... I was hoping to have the our "Quarantine Spine Survival Guide" course finished by today, but I'm now aiming for This Thursday or Next Tuesday, at the latest. The delay only means more value for you. I'm adding more useful ways to remain healthy, mobile, and strong, even while you are stuck at home.

Since the course is still incomplete, I wanted to provide a video (that has helped over 25,000 people!) that I think will be immediately useful for you in a time like this:
Click the image above for a practical video from me to make sure you are avoiding damage to your spine while watching TV, playing games, or using your phone / iPad, Laptop / PC.
What will the Quarantine Spine Survival Guide include?

This will be a FREE, 5-day online video course, designed to help you survive the Coronavirus quarantine period with less pain, stiffness, or discomfort.

Whether you are working from home for the first time at your dining room table, binging Netflix, or unable to exercise the way you’d like, this course will help.

Each day, you will receive a short video to your email inbox, with useful tips to keep yourself pain free and avoid problems like my close relative I mentioned above!

Lessons will include:
  • DAY 1: Expert tips for proper posture while watching TV, using laptops, iPads, etc. to avoid damaging your spine, shoulders, and neck.
  • DAY 2: Convenient desk stretches that help keep stiffness and tightness at bay.
  • DAY 3: How to stop Low back / S.I. joint pain caused by sitting.
  • DAY 4: "Tips for tight hips that sit quite a bit."
  • DAY 5: Conclusion / Practical take home points
This course will not automatically be sent to you. You will need to click the link that I send once released, as I understand not everyone will be interested.... and I'd rather not flood their inboxes....

Keep an eye out in your inbox on Thursday / early next week for this FREE resource.

If you can't wait for this course or you need my help now, all you need to do is reply to this email.

Also, if you haven't checked in with me yet (thank you for all the emails everyone else!), please send me a message / reach out to let me know how you and your family are holding up. Hang in there.
Gratefully,
