Welcome to our new monthly newsletter Friend.
Many of you may already know me. My name is Vanessa Augustus. I live in Nottingham with my life and business partner Mark and our two cats. I am honored and exited you're reading this update. Many thanks for your time and interest. This month I'm celebrating my third year working in the Wellness & Nutrition Industry. Like many Wellness Coaches my focus started with my own body transformation.
I developed some bad eat habits in my mid-thirties. My children were teenagers with their own routine. I used to regularly skip breakfast. I've always loved exercise so moving wasn't a problem. However, I would only drink water during a work out. Sadly, I was dehydrating myself throughout the day. After the working day or doing some exercise I would go home and eat takeaways. Not surprisingly, my waist line expanded to a dress size 22. I was very unhappy within myself.
Now I am working on my mental and physical transformation. I now have a healthy breakfast every morning. I've increased my energy levels. I am in the habit of drinking water throughout the day. I still enjoy exercising but now I eat healthy colorful meals. My body transformation is on-going. I am feeling more confident now I am back down to a dress size 14.

My Body Transformation
After loosing body fat and gaining lean muscle I was excited. I wanted to share my success with my friends and family. I wanted to help people achieve the results I had.
Our 'Grand Opening' was held in Banbury, near Oxfordshire. It was a health event combined with a film night to raise awareness of women living in war torn countries. A few months later I worked in collaboration to pioneer a health and well-being event in the town. Returning to Nottingham has reconnected me to friends I've grown up with. I've also met some lovely new people. I am excited as I have the opportunity to help and serve local communities. Over the last two years I've been able to help women, men and children too! This is my life purpose. Wellness Coaching is a fantastic and rewarding career. I really enjoy making a difference in people's lives.
Over the last three years I've been supported by my partner Mark. We started a free weekly fitcamp in May 2015. Working with my 'Herbal Ma' Sharday and my Kickboxing Coach Nicole we're building a local reputation. We're seeing great body transformations for more people getting 24Fit in the community . The free fitcamp is a great family fun activity. We help people working from within a range of fitness levels. Statistics show you're more likely to succeed if you work out in a group. If you are curious don't miss out on free fitness fun!! My vision for 2016 is to reach out and help more people.
