Dear Friends,

When we're drowning in the stormy seas of life, many of us fight to calm the seas -- when what is even more powerful is to rise above them in your thoughts, emotions and actions.

My featured video for you today is all about how to be who you want to be during these tough times.

I want to be a source of encouragement, education and empowerment for you as we re-create a new life of positivity and possibility!

So many of you have written to me with your stories of loss and sorrow, and my heart breaks for the trials, traumas and tragedies you have endured.

As a person of faith, I turn to God for his wisdom, comfort, love, protection, direction and peace.

And I know that God uses others to share those qualities, so we feel connected and hopeful.

My prayer is that I continue to add positive value to your life. I'm not about the spin -- I'm about the solution!

And I'm so glad you are too.
