It is astonishing to me how many attorneys, government agencies, companies, health departments and journalists will cite this Jacobson v Massachusetts as “proof” that the government can force vaccinations of the public.

 

Oh no, no, no, no, no, no, N-O – that is NOT what this ruling states at all.

 

In fact, it is the exact opposite.


Am I the only one who actually read this case?!

 

Let me save you some time as I pluck out the salient points in this ruling that actually reinforce our rights to not be forcibly vaccinated.
