Yes, this is another case of a wedding cake baker being sued for declining to create a wedding cake to celebrate the union of a gay couple.

Wow-wee! The comments are flying, hard to keep up!

This is EXACTLY why I wanted to cover this story, to raise the question about which "rights" take precedence.
