"The Art of War" by Sun Tzu is a timeless favorite for many and the strategies and tactics in this book have been used in modern times to navigate foreign policies, business and enterprise deals, and even relationship woes. I revisit this book from time to time and love to marinate in it's wisdom; delivered concisely and accurately with much to contemplate on.

In 2019, most of us were already familiar with the existence of corruption. We've encountered and witnessed bits and scatters of evil and we knew there was a power that desired complete dominion and enslavement of the people, of the people's free will (a most treasured gift from God, mind you). But that lurking figure seemed far, it seemed quiet, almost sheepish, and perhaps most of us were disillusioned by the idea that such immorality will not touch or reach our small little lives, tucked away under the shelter of idealism, our own prideful stance as good and righteous citizens, and the way things have always been.

Today, after 2 years of the complete revealing of "the externalization of the hierarchy" and chaos, we find ourselves in the midst of another devious lull. The attention on our fight for freedom is momentarily quelled as the mindless rules and regulations "lift" throughout the states. Simultaneously and powerfully, our focus has been diverted to the goings on on foreign soil in a matter of days. Is this intentional redirection a part of their strategy?

Another Sun Tzu quote comes to mind, "“If you are near the enemy, make him believe you are far from him." Is it naive to believe that the mighty plan for world dominion is now rescinding because of our clever picket signs and impassioned screaming matches against the useful idiots? Have the evil doers retreated back into their shadowy caves because of our mass attendance at their doors and relentless circulation of "true news"?

Our weekly concierge calls began in an effort to educate everyone of our rights to religious expression when we needed it most. Today, we trek on with our Healthy Americans, even if our job or enrollment is no longer on the line. We continue to prepare, to be on the lookout, even when the enemy seems far because we know better. A free nation is made of free people; and a free person is one who knows, understands, and applies the very laws that protect one's freedom in their everyday setting. Now is the time to "plan for what is difficult when it is easy, do what is great while it is small." Don't "depend on the enemy not attacking, but depend on your position that cannot be attacked."
