This lawsuit is not just about ending the fake, phony, fraudulent facade of an an-ending emergency...
It's about UPHOLDING our Constitutional Republic.
Many people have had their brains washed to such an extent throughout all this hogwash that they actually think a governor (or president, mayor, health officer, flight attendant, doctor's receptionist or grocery store clerk) can make a law!
As I've said 197,000 times before (give or take a few thousands): No one person can make a law.
Yet, the Orange County Board of Supervisors is promoting a one-man rule.
And that man (what exactly are his/her pronouns, anyway??) is none other than president-wanna-be Newscum (not a typo).
The cause of my lawsuit is simple: It is to require the board to carry out its lawful duties to review, vote (and end!) the local health emergency.
It's not just a god idea -- it's the LAW.
California Government Code 101080, to be specific.
Yet these keystone cops are on the record stating that if they end the emergency, then they "won't get the money."
Yup! Many of you were with me in person when they incriminated themselves like this.
They went on to say that they would NOT review and vote on keeping or terminating this emergency (thereby abdicating their LEGISLATIVE duties) -- but that they were just going to wait for Newscum to declare it over.
In that one statement, they edged us closer to one-man authoritarian rule
Watch out, because if we don't stop this tyranny train in its tracks, all bets are off.
