I remember back in 2019, going into a favorite organic cafe in San Clemente, CA where I was surprised to see a big sign next to the cash register:
What in the world??
I was indignant!
Isn't cash "legal tender?" How could a merchant have the legal right to refuse my cash?
I saw this as a move in lockstep with the New World Dis-Order to strip us of our cash.
I've done previous videos on the horrors of a cashless society before, but I realize that one of the major reasons the powers-that-shouldn't-be want to strip of us our cash is because then all of our transactions are trackable.
Ugh. The incremental (and accelerated) stripping of our privacy is out of control.
Many are sounding the alarm of the coming "Social Credit Scoring System" -- but friends, it is ALREADY here.
The good news is that a bill has recently been introduced in the state legislature of South Dakota preventing financial institutions from discriminating against people because of such social credit scoring.
I realize this is a state bill and only would apply to South Dakota, but I hold a vision that more states (uh... probably not California, New York or Hawaii) will create similar laws to protect our rights to NOT be discriminated against because of what we buy, what we say, where we go and who we associate with.
Here is an excerpt from SD House Bill 1207:
A financial institution offering financial services to the public that utilizes standards or guidelines based on non-financial, non-traditional, or subjective measures, including environmental, social, governance criteria or diversity, equity, or inclusion policies, or any other political, social, or ideological factor, shall disclose the standards and guidelines to the State Banking Commission or Division of Insurance, as may be appropriate to each financial institution, to determine access or denial of a financial service to a person in this state.
