Friends,
Once again, Florida is grabbing the headlines. In yesterday's video, I discussed three of Florida's most recent actions that have garnered national attention:
Why are they stopping it at 6 weeks rather than banning it altogether? I don't know, but it is a step in the right direction. As Live Action reports, "If DeSantis does sign the bill, it is unclear when it will go into effect, as it is contingent on whether or not the Florida Supreme Court upholds the state’s current 15-week abortion law, which is in the middle of a legal challenge."
DeSantis has declared that he will spearhead the opposition to the CBDC's agenda in Florida. The acronym "CBDC" stands for "central bank digital currency," and I discussed this news in my video here.
The bill protecting concealed carry in Florida without a permit, House Bill 543, was signed into law by Governor Ron DeSantis last month. Floridians' right to bear arms, guaranteed by the Second Amendment, has been strengthened by the new law. In yesterday's video, I contrasted this with California's strict gun control legislation and provided an example of all the hoops you have to jump through in order to receive a CCW permit in Los Angeles County. |
