Personal Responsibility -- #ME FIRST Movement

Prior to my starting THE HEALTHY AMERICAN, I had a thriving career in health and wellness.

My work focused on providing encouragement for emotional healing.

One might say that this is the same work I am doing now, in essence.

I've got a video for you below, that I recorded nearly two years ago -- all about personal responsibility.

I titled it "#ME FIRST MOVEMENT" to startle those who are slumbering, and to make a play on words for the #ME TOO movement that was in the headlines at the time.

(Sunglasses are worn because of my eye sensitivity due to my detached retina and temporary blindness at the time.)

The value of the individual

If you watched my video on Communitarianism (linked for you below) you'll see that I value the individual over the community.

And, based on the many comments I got on that video, I see that many of you understand the value of the individual as well.

You understand that your own dreams, desires, preferences, goals, contributions, gifts and talents matter.

YOU matter.

And the evil doers want to diminish, desecrate and destroy your own INDIVIDUALISM.

I reject that completely.

In fact, that is at the core of what I do at THE HEALTHY AMERICAN.
