My Speech at the REAWAKENING AMERICA Tour with Clay Clark

Below is the full speech I had prepared.

You know I normally speak extemporaneously, without notes, but since my time was strictly limited, I carefully crafted my notes to make sure the audience would get my most important points.

Thank you Lord, for this beautiful day.

That you Lord, for these beautiful Healthy Americans.

It’s a great day in Orange County; it’s a great day in California, and it’s a great day in the United States of America!

And we are going to create a great future –

A future that is better than ever!’

And I know we will – because we have God and the Truth on our side.

Many of you have written to me, calling me “a breath of fresh air” and “a beacon of light and truth…”

And I appreciate that!

I'm an optimist by nature.

And my one overarching goal in all of this hogwash is to bring the light of God's truth to this darkness.

But not everyone sees it like that.

The Washington Post, The LA Times, the Associated Press and other mainstream media call me “a prominent ANTI-masker”

But I don’t really like that title.

While it’s true that I’ve helped thousands of people learn the laws that protect their right to go maskless…

And I was key in getting rid of the mask mandate in Orange County…

And shutting down the unlawful, immoral, unethical, unthinkable vaccine passports in Orange County…

And I also led the effort to remove the highway signs that said “Stay home, save lives” and more recently, “Get vaccinated, go to the app…”

Despite those successes, I don’t see myself as an anti-masker… and I tell you why in just a moment.

It’s true that I have never veiled my face – my hubby, Pastor David reminds us that the Bible tells us in 2 Cor 3:18 we are to stand before the Lord with our faces unveiled)

But I’m not anti-mask –

I am pro freedom

I am pro rights,

I am pro human rights

And I am pro God-given rights!

A right is something that cannot be taken from you.

No emergency suspends your rights.

No governor can take away your rights.

No governor can make a law,

No mayor can make a law – no judge can make a law – and certainly

no HEALTH OFFICER CAN MAKE A LAW.

I came on the scene last year as the first person to publicly call out the GAVINOR about his illegal, unlawful invalid state of emergency.

That video went viral with millions of views before censorship took it down. (It still lives t my private platform www.peggyhall.tv)

The governor did not like it one bit.

He or someone from his office started watching my videos.

I know that because in his press conferences he actually came out and said, “I can’t make a law.. I can only influence..”

So no, the Governor did not like my videos…

But HEALTHY AMERICANS did!

People from all over the country contacted me to learn how to research the laws in their own state.  (We have since complied the laws in EVERY state, and that is available at THA)

And even though I’m a freedom fighter,

I have a higher value than freedom – and that is TRUTH

Without truth, there is no freedom

Without truth, tyranny takes root

Without truth, the evildoers thrive

There is only ONE truth, and it comes from God

And we are made in HIS image

And I will NEVER cover my God-given face or stifle my God-given Breath – ever!!

I never have and I never will.

God gave me my first breath, and He will take my last breath, and I will NOT RESTRICT my breathing before that

I have never gotten a covid test and I never will.

And I’m certainly NEVER going to get the poison needle.

I do not care about the sacrifices that will require.

God called me to do this work, and I seek to honor God, not man.

I stand for TRUTH

And only TRUTH can abolish Tyranny

Only truth can overcome evil

And Only truth can set you free

I speak the truth, I preach the truth and I TEACH the truth

The Healthy American .org is a treasure trove of TRUTH

I have dedicated every waking hour to researching the laws the PROTECT your rights and then I teach you how to apply those laws to defend your rights.

I’ve actually been advising attorneys on these laws and how to apply them.

Not defend your rights – but to FIGHT for your rights as if your life depends on it,

Because it DOES.

This is not a fight to keep your job, to get rid of the masks,

This is a fight for the Very SOUL OF HUMANITY!

Ans God has called me to the front lines.

He has called me to fight evil – and to lead others to do the same.

And that’s exactly what I do at the Healthy American.

My background is in education, political science and when I was getting my master’s degree, I actually worked for the federal government, in the department of the Navy, at the Naval Post-graduate school.

That was my introduction to see first-hand the fraud and corruption at the federal level.

I was a young adult, and I VOWED that I would stand for truth and expose evil at every opportunity.

Later, during my 30 years in higher education, I served as the Director of Education for the Univ of CA Irvine, running teacher education programs and K-12 professional development for teachers.

And from that experience, I can tell you right now: GET YOUR KIDS OUT OF PUBLIC SCHOOL.

These are not really schools: they are government prisons and they are NOT a safe place to be.

It’s called FREEDOM LEARNING – and it is how you, your child and your family will THRIVE!

You see, I’m not out to be a destructive force.

You won’t see me protesting on the front lawn of a public servants demanding their resignation.

These public servants are place holders. They are puppets!

We need to go after the policies, not the people.

I don’t seek to destroy; I seek to create.

My motto is, “There’s always another way and I’m going to find it!”

You see,

EVIL is destructive.

EVIL does not create,

Evil only destroys.

Evil destroys, families, jobs, hopes, dreams, your future…

But TRUTH creates!!

TRUTH creates hope for a better future!!

And I need all hands on deck to help me create that future that is #better than normal!

That is why I say, I don’t want the old normal -- that didn’t work – and I certainly don’t want the NEW normal –I am CREATING BETTER THAN NORMAL!

1.     Teaching businesses across the country to stay open lawfully. We’ve had hundreds of successes.

2.     We provide religious exemptions for schools and employers – and for getting medical treatment without discrimination

3.     Preparing a lawsuit against the BOS for their illegal refusal to end the local emergency -- a blue print for all of CA

4.     Just launched FREEDOM FOR CA.org – to unite all of the local groups in CA to we can fight more effectively

My prayer for Activists:

O Lord, I long that people might hear the truth.

Give me assistance in reaching others,

with my heart uplifted for grace and wisdom.

Guide me to share my views with fullness of truth,

clarity of thought,

proper expressions,

fervency and conviction,

guided by your wisdom and light.

Keep me conscious of my faults and flaws

Open my heart to hear the sorrows of others,

and shine your light of comfort and peace.

May no soul be lost to your love.

Strengthen me by your spirit

 Stand between me and all strife

 so I may speak fully and freely

 and do this work you have called me to do.

Let’s do it! All hands on deck, and full steam ahead to life, liberty, TRUTH and freedom!
