Wow!

I feel like the luckiest gal in the world to have so many wonderful Healthy Americans on board with me as we "fill our sails with freedom" (thanks, Valerie, for the lovely image).

It's because of YOU and your kind words of support that I am encouraged to persevere in exposing the hogwashers and giving you tools to fight tyranny.

I literally could not do this without you!

It encourages me greatly to know that you "get it" -- and even more importantly, that you are standing up for what is right and educating others as well!

In my "birthday video" here (and above) I share with you a bit of background as to how The Healthy American came to be, and what it is I never thought I would have to be talking about!

I'd also like to take a moment to acknowledge my amazing assistant Olivia, who fields the thousands of emails we receive, creates the awesome eye-catching thumbnails and headlines for my videos, assists in the preparation of my newsletter and substack, keeps my Instagram feed full of must-see posts, and strategizes with me for the most effective ways to get my information out to help YOU have all the tools you need to be empowered, educated and encouraged to take action in a way that makes sense for you.

Also, a big shout-out to my Youtube moderators Rhonda and Valerie, who keep my livestream chats flowing and provide important links, information, answers and encouragement on my behalf. They show up daily (and often on a moment's notice) to provide support. Thank you, ladies!

Through God's power, direction, protection and peace, I will continue to do this work, using my unobstructed God-given breath to research, analyze and present the information that you want and need as we push back against tyranny and defend our freedoms!
