| | | | | Friends, we've made it to the last week of 2021! What an incredible journey it's been, especially because we did it together. Peggy and Pastor David say it all the time and I know we agree - that we are blessed, far and beyond, to be sharing the most poignant and life changing moments together with all our Healthy Americans who have supported us, shared with us, and fought alongside us, day in and day out. The courage and willingness to stand against the majority is no easy task. More so when it seems it's a few against the many, more so when it literally feels like it's you against the world. It takes a special kind of courage and grit, a peculiar kind of people with a certain type of strength to do what our Healthy Americans have been doing and continue to do daily - keeping faith and fighting forward. It's the very reason we pour into our work and the very reason Peggy spends thousands of hours researching and disseminating the crucial information we need to defend our freedom. I listened and watched every single video Peggy has on this subject (over a hundred and some of them I watched a few times). My husband's religious exemption was granted today! He is a professor in college. We used Peggy's recommendations, stuck to only religious claims, never used verbiage "request" "mandate" but only words such as "claim", "invoke", "measures". "activities". I read Title VII, EEOC Chapter 12, and other relevant EEOC documents which were also very useful for quoting. It was a back and forth process with the review committee. At first, they denied my husband's exemptions, without any logical reason. We can only suspect it was because we responded with a question and requested clarification to their questions about what other medication my husband is taking, what over the counter drugs he had ever used. We appealed the decision with the higher ups in the HR department. Peggy's Appeal videos were very helpful and we again used her recommendations to compose the appeal letter. The appeal worked and the case was remanded back to the review committee. After waiting for over two weeks, the review committee granted his religious exemption today, December 1st. We are beyond happy! We thank God! I will be a loyal The Healthy American subscriber. Peggy is FANTASTIC! I will be recommending her channel and resources to anyone who is looking for education on religious rights and exemptions. God Bless You, Peggy! I was able to educate myself using the information you shared concerning the laws and how to go about submitting my request. After careful thought and consideration, I submitted my request last week and received my approval today!
Keep up the good work and once again thank you for your help with a subject that was very emotional for me. I work for a defense contractor and I love my job and could not afford to lose it. Now I can keep my job Hi Peggy! I wanted to say thank you and God Bless you! My religious exemption was just approved today! I work for GE, who announced on Oct 14 that they were enforcing the Federal shot. A fellow church member referred me to your site and I binged a whole bunch of your videos. It really helped me gain confidence as well as craft answers to the pesky questions on their form.
