Friends,
If you're like me, over these past 2+ years, you likely have felt the whole range of emotions: outrage, frustration, betrayal, overwhelm, grief, agitation, anger, sadness...and more.
But one emotion I do not indulge in is worry.
I simply do not allow my mind to drift to the negative "what if's"
It's just not how I roll.
Instead, I use positive "what if's" so I can stay on course and not poke holes in my own ship.
Fear and worry are common emotions, but they do not serve us in times of trial.
There IS a better approach, one that will help you navigate these stormy seas.
