How to NOT Get DENIED Care in the Emergency Room

Dear friends,

A heartbreaking email came in from a Healthy American who was distraught because the ER would not allow him to stay with his wife, because we was unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition.

(Remember: We ALL have the right to breathe oxygen in a public accommodation -- INCLUDING hospitals -- and NOT be denied service, even if we do not have a medical condition that prevents us from covering our face.)

After urgently emailing this poor fellow back with all of my how-to's, my own heart sank, because these are the very situations that distress me the most -- especially because there are ways to prepare for the ER visit without being discriminated against!

And that is exactly what I share in my recent video, How to NOT Get Denied Medical Care at the ER.

What It's Like to SUE the GOVERNMENT!
My lawsuit update -- NOTE: Hearing has been moved to JANUARY 30 !

This will probably NOT come as a surprise to many of you -- but my lawsuit was ONCE AGAIN delayed!!

Yup -- instead of heading to the Central Justice System in Santa Ana, CA this Friday, as planned, for the hearing in my case (which is basically about whether or not the government has to follow the law in an emergency) has ONCE more been pushed out, this time until Jan 30.

Now those skeptics among will may say that the reason why my case keeps going from judge to judge and the hearings keep being delayed again and again is so that the county can wait until Newscum (is that a typo?) declares that "the emergency is over!" and then my case will be moot.

Only it won't.

The court will need to settle this question: "Does a legislative body have to follow the law regulating its behavior during an emergency -- during an emergency?"

I know, I know. The fourth-graders reading this newsletter will think it's a trick or something, because the answer is so clear.

Because of YOUR prayers, financial support and words of encouragement, I am continuing to persevere in bringing these public serpents to justice.

Yep, I said it: serpents. Serpents are those who, instead of serving we the people by upholding their oaths of office and representing our petitions, serve evil by dealing in deception. Still not sure? The Book of Genesis is a good place to start.

P.S. I filmed the video above of my lawsuit update PRIOR to being notified of the change of date from Jan 20 to Jan 30.
